Why become an RBCHS Member?
By becoming a member of the Rio Blanco Historical Society, you can take pride in knowing that you are an active part of the preservation of the history of the White River Valley and Meeker, Colorado.
As a member, you will be kept up-to-date on meetings, events, and things happening in the White River Museum with a quarterly news letter from the museum's Executive Director, as well as be invited to attend our annual membership meetings, where we typically serve a pot-luck style meal to share as a community and occasionally host a special event alongside the usual business meeting. You also receive the luxury of reserving the Old West Heritage Culture Center for personal events (depending on availability of the space). Members are active in RBCHS operations by voting in newly elected board members to the Rio Blanco County Historical Society Board of Directors at our January Membership Meetings, as well as having the opportunity to have their ideas, opinions, or concerns heard at monthly board meetings during the Public Comment section of the meeting agenda.
Our Corporate Sponsors and Business Members have the added luxury of utilizing the White River Museum and Heritage Culture Center for private viewings and after-hours events. Business Memberships include a business logo being posted in the White River Museum, and Corporate Sponsorships include a business logo being posted both in the White River Museum and on the website.
To become a member, you can submit the form below, or you can stop by the White River Museum in person to submit payment by cash, check, or credit card.
